Plain language, because that is how we write everything. This is what we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can ask of us under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
Your brief — plot details, rooms, budget, and any site photos you send. Your contact details — name, phone number, email. Payment references from M-Pesa or our card processor; full card numbers never reach us, they stay with the processor. Ordinary technical logs and basic usage analytics — screens visited, time on each screen, clicks — that keep the service running and tell us what to improve.
What it is for
Producing and delivering your plan, supporting you while you shape it, reconciling payments, and improving the drawing engine. Your identifiable plan is never used in marketing without your written consent.
Who sees it
The registered architect who reviews your set, under agreement with us. Payment processors, to move the money. The cloud infrastructure that hosts the service. We do not sell personal data, and plans publish publicly only with written consent.
Where it lives, and for how long
Data is processed in Kenya and on cloud infrastructure that may sit outside Kenya, safeguarded in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019. Project data is kept while your account is active and deleted on verified request — except records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and payment records.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection, under the Data Protection Act, 2019. Ask through the contact page or the WhatsApp line and a person will handle it. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
