The Stamped Set is the complete architectural drawing set, professionally reviewed and stamped. County submission also requires a structural engineer’s drawings — we’re building that add-on; until then your architect can advise on the structural package.
The preview promise

You see the full layout — every room, door and window, exactly as drawn. What we hold back are the dimensions, the scale and the title block: the parts a builder needs on site. Pay, and the same drawing arrives clean, full-resolution and to scale. We never re-generate after payment, so there are no surprises.
Illustrative comparison — the “as delivered” side shows the sharpness you get, with dimensions still masked for the web. Every plan on this site is a preview; the clean, to-scale file is delivered on purchase.

Each change redraws the plan and regenerates all nine photoreal views so the set always matches the plan exactly. Before views are made, changes are free (three) because nothing has to be regenerated.
Occasionally a brief needs a human. If the engine declines your brief after you've paid, we refund in full and a person follows up within one working day.
It's an elemental estimate priced at current Kenyan rates with a stated rates version and a ±10% band — for budgeting and tendering, not a contractor's quotation.
Yes — share your plan view-free, and the DXF add-on gives them the editable CAD file. Or use a network architect for the Stamped Set.
