Chimbuko clients arrive with a complete, code-checked schematic set — floor plans, elevations, schedules, BOQ. Your judgment is what turns it into a buildable, stamped set. We built the network to pay properly for exactly that.

You review with an account.
Comment, request changes, and download the DXF under your client's package (or they add the KES 3,500 DXF add-on).
Stamp through the network — or on your own.
Take the engagement privately if the client prefers; or join the network and stamp through Chimbuko with the drawings, prints and logistics handled.
The stamp network
Paid per stamped set, at a rate we agree with you.
- The set arrives review-ready: dimensioned working drawings, elevations, sections, schedules, compliance sheet and BOQ — you review, amend where your professional judgment requires, and stamp.
- Typical commitment: a focused review, days not weeks. Target turnaround: 3 working days from assignment.
- Payouts via M-Pesa or bank per stamped set. Amendments are part of the fee; rejections — a set you decline to stamp — are paid a review fee and returned to engineering. Your name never goes on work you don’t stand behind.

Honest scope
Network stamps cover the architectural set. County submission also needs a structural engineer’s package — clients are told this plainly, and structural partnership is on our roadmap. You may of course offer it independently.
